" I am gluten intolerant and find it very hard when a friend or family member goes to the effort of making/buying something like a cake or biscuits so that I can be included. I feel it is rude to then say no. Especially as often people will say your are fine you do not need to lose weight."

" I just don't put in any effort to either exercise or eat the 'right' foods. Everything is convenient and easy. For example eating a bag of crisps rather than cutting up/peeling fruit. I also have lots going on and this doesn't leave me much brain space for planning new things so I go to food and behaviour I'm comfortable with. Not sure if there's anything that he could suggest to help"
