Episode 11 features my interview with Keith Rucker, former NFL defensive lineman and current Defensive Line Coach at Capital University in Columbus, OH. Keith's journey to the NFL was almost stopped short after his first collegiate experience; but determination, supportive family and a second chance helped him realize his dream!

That notable second chance happened at Ohio Wesleyan University, where Keith became a multi-sport All American, National Champion and OWU Hall of Fame inductee - Class of 2003.  Keith was the first Div III player selected to play in the Hula Bowl (All Star game for Seniors) and went on to an NFL career that included stops in Arizona, Cincinnati, Washington & Kansas City!

Keith's most endearing achievement to date, however, is the continued success of his "Reach 4 The Sky" foundation!  Each year, they provide hundreds of kids from under-served communities the opportunity to receive instruction from notable current and former NFL players...at no cost to the participants!  The success of Keith's foundation is a reflection of his dedication as a husband, father, coach and mentor!
