We compare ourselves and judge ourselves based on someone else's perfect picture and when we feel like we don't add up, we put up a facade. The danger is in trying to put on a mask or play a character for everyone else, we can lose our true selves.
But know this, picture perfect doesn't exist and trying to live up to it is not serving you.
