The average American is not concerned with their amount of sleep. This is especially true if they live an active life style full of work, family time, exercise and other hobbies. It can seem like there isn't enough time in the day.

Many Americans don't know how crucial sleep is too restoring and repairing the body. If you don't get enough sleep you aren't yourself. Don't eat a snickers though, because that's just garbage advertising. Get some sleep.
