In this week's episode, Nate Hall, owner of The Enchanted Floorist in Milwaukee, WI, shares how he took a calculated approach to pricing his services for retail stores. It all started when his wife asked him what he would charge for a particular job, prompting him to carefully calculate his costs of doing business. Realizing that the going rate would not sustain his business, Nate decided to set his own rates and negotiate with retailers to agree to them. He turned his rate sheet into a simple binding contract with the retailers, which changed the game for him. Tune in to learn more about Nate's strategic approach to pricing and how it positively impacted his business.
