They met in school on the track team. Don has bragged about Vinnie to Dan and Dan to Vinnie. Since about 2015, he got really into rowing. Dan rows every single day. He's trying to set a record. He started with one month in 2018, and it went from there. He found that cross fit gyms were prevalent enough he could always find a rower. Eventually, he started driving with it. He's averaging around 8500 meters across 1000 days. CLEAN LIFESTYLE Dan tries to live a really clean, helathy life. He generally avoids alcohol and avoids caffeine. This being said, he does think he's a sugar addict. He does think he's gained a bit of weight as a result. FIGHTING LYMPHOMA A couple of years ago, he had a surprise health diagnosis––lymphoma.  It's a rare, aggressive type of non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. He felt he had to advocate for himself while he dealt with this. His rowing machine was IN the hospital with him! He wheeled it in. 3 or 4 times since Dan's been admitted, he's brought it with him. In a few weeks, he'll be going into the hospital for about a month. He will keep rowing as long as he can, but if it becomes dangerous, he will stop. FAT DOC IS OUT Go watch it now!
