Often these feelings are telling us that our boundaries have been crossed.    Many people don’t know that a boundary has been crossed, and if they do know, they are not sure how to speak up for themselves. Or, they question whether or not their boundary is valid(I’m just being emotional, I shouldn’t feel that way).   I invited Susie Pettit (pronounced “pet it”… I asked 🙂) on the Fit + Vibrant You Podcast to share her wisdom on how to set boundaries and speak up for yourself so that you can live a life that you love.    Susie (Barolo) Pettit has been helping women live lives they love for over 10 years. She is the host of the podcast Love Your Life Show and owner of the Wellness Company Strength: Mind & Body, LLC.
