Sarah Adkisson is a lawyer who lives in the next neighborhood from me here in Maryland, and she has two jobs as a tax specialist and a trusts and estates lawyer. She also suffers from depression and talks about her current journey working through it with the help of her doctor, her therapist, her nutritionist, and her support system. We just have a candid conversation about how exercise and food has been a big part of depression and what steps she is taking to make exercise and food work for her, not against her. Also, wait until the end to hear what she has to say about how she is fighting depression outside just food and exercise.
