Aimee Oestreich, a single mom, with two divorces, three children, and a dog named Lulu went from rodeo queen to yoga instructor to realtor. She is also one of Coach Clarence’s business partners. She’s learned how to co-parent successfully, found her work/life balance, and every time her team closes a deal part of the money helps sponsor an inner city youth football team. As a realtor, Aimee’s advice is it’s still a good time for both buyers and sellers with more opportunities coming in the next year. What is the 2-1 buydown program and is it right for you?
