She also does Olimpic Weight Lifting and competes on it.
Her sister is a purple belt and got her into BJJ, Thats when she decided to go and find a gym to train.
We talk a lot about been the only girl in the mats and how to deal with it.
Beth Lately is the only girl that is active training with us and this is not a problem with her and shouldn't be with any other girls !!
