Amanda shares about her journey from obese and unhealthy and all the obstacles she had to overcome to become healthy. She is a mom and shares with our listeners some of the struggles of helping her kids and family make healthy choices at mealtime and the process of introducing healthy alternatives and taking away some of the unhealthy options from their diets.

After working out for nearly one year she noticed very little change in her body and the way she felt, but when she realized the importance of nutrition she started to experience life-changing results.
