For some fresh new content while out in Nashville, Tom welcomes on Zach, or better known as the "Veteran With A Sign".  Learning the inspiration, meaning, and drive behind Zach and Veteran With A Sign is something that every veteran ( and civilian)  should be aware of, which is why we hope this particular episode makes it to the ears of so many. This episode really brings up some important thoughts surrounding the importance of mental health, coping with struggle & loss, life, happiness, and even getting a different take on the transition from the military to civilian world.  "The biggest problem between the veteran-civilian world is, it's not their job to understand us... It's our job to help them understand us. They have no context".  "Fear Develops due to lack of understanding". Understanding thoughts like this are critical to a Veteran who may be struggling to transition, or  perhaps someone about to leave the military.
