This meditation focuses on love and forgiveness.

When we’re able to forgive, we’re able to make space for and allow more love into our world. Forgiveness is not forgetting or condoning what someone did. It is acknowledging that they made a choice that wasn’t to your liking.

When you forgive, you set yourself free. You open space in your heart for love.
