Are you ready to “tune” yourself towards joy? On this week’s Filled With Gold Widow Podcast, I talk with Carole Marie Downing who is a heart-centered coach, songleader, and facilitator passionate about creating resilience through challenging times.
She holds a Nursing Doctorate from the University of Colorado and as a nurse provided care in the areas of hospice, integrative medicine, and nursing education. She transitioned to coaching after receiving a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health, and Healing.
She uses both her professional background and personal experience to gently support clients to thrive again after loss and major life transitions. As a community songleader and music guide, she integrates singing into her work and supports both individuals and groups to utilize the transformational and healing aspects of song.
Carole lives in Portland, Oregon and loves hot cups of tea, making music, going barefoot in the sand, and spending time outdoors with her son and their dog, Alta.
