Episode 13 | Young widow & solo-parent, Lysandra Vander Hart

On this episode of the Filled With Gold Widow Podcast, we sit down with Lysandra Vander Hart. Lysandra is a widow, holistic dietitian, and mother of two little girls who have fueled her quest for a safe home environment for her family and everyone she meets. As her young family has been forever touched by cancer and with more than 80,000 new chemicals introduced since WWII - only 200 of which have been tested on humans and approximately 11 banned in the US - she is grateful to be able to share simple solutions to stock homes with safe products and is passionate about sharing ways to live more holistically with family, friends and new people! 

Lysandra highly values education with a Holistic Health Certificate, two Graduate Degrees, and maintaining her Dietitian Credential - the more we know, the better we can do! Everyone deserves access to the facts in order to make informed decisions for their families. Her goal is to be a clean-living resource and advocate to help others realize that they can make a difference in their own environments and it all starts at home.
