It was about 4:30pm and I decided to go for a freezing cold walk to move the energy that gathered up inside me through the day. 

 

In Edmonton, Alberta Canada where I live, it actually begins to get dark at this time of day. And it was a weekish before Christmas so the neighborhood decor was starting to light up. Kinda perfect. 

 

On this very normal, very unsexy, very “so what, it’s just a walk” kinda exercise, it made me realize that some of life’s most simple to-do’s, are the most effective for physical and mental health. But we undervalue them because we don’t feel worthy of what we want when life feels easy. 

 

So I decided to pull out my phone on this walk and record a podcast on: The 3 most unconventional ways to increase fertility that you will not find on google.
