The circus gains two more members. Fimbly Dun delivers a warning and a promise, Esmerelda Cortada puts their affairs in order, and poor Tingley Grimbles finds herself once again laid low and quite all over the place. A final farewell goes not-so-well, and the Circus Under the Hills leaves the Westfield behind.
