Hey all! I'm making a renewed foray into what used to be the ONLY way I taught yoga: paired with a killer playlist.  I'm still working out the technical/sound kinks, but I figured this beta version was good enough to share. 

The idea is that you do the musical flow after you've done the non-musical version a couple times and gotten the hang of things. I instruct a lot less in this version for minimal interference with your ability to sink deep into the beats.
