Rest is generally not valued by the American society of go-go-go. Yet, this true story exemplifies the importance of rest / surrender / being still. In previous episodes we've explored the attributes of the feminine energy and touched on the masculine energy and how both are needed to "answer the inner call" and fulfill your life purpose and work.
