After getting back to San Diego in late May, I was in need of a big reset. I spent the majority of the past 12 months traveling & drinking a lot of red wine. 

While I'm a big believer in balance, I also think periodic 14, 21, 30 and 40 day challenges are a great way to get back in gear.
