Danielle Hamilton, FNTP, was told that her PCOS, asthma, and allergies were non-reversible and she would need prescription meds to manage her illnesses. After discovering the paleo diet, most of Danielle's issues reversed. By adding in intermittent fasting and low-carb eating to further balance her blood sugars, she completely came off all her meds and is now healthy and thriving.

Danielle went back to school to become a Functional Nutrition Therapist and now passionately helps others improve their nutrition, digestion, blood sugar balance, and overall health.
