Miranda Hugghins had reached 321 pounds by the time she graduated high school. Although many of her family members also struggled with obesity and chronic health issues, she knew something needed to change, and it was up to her to change it.

Miranda did a lot of research and implemented the keto lifestyle in 2019, and intermittent fasting shortly after that.

Before Miranda started the keto and IF lifestyle, she suffered from PCOS, pre-diabetes, and obesity. Within 1 week of starting the keto lifestyle, she had her menstrual cycle, and has since reversed her PCOS and pre-diabetes. Take that chronic illness!

Miranda has lost and maintained a 90 pound weight loss for 2.5 years. She dutifully keeps her carbs low, eats real foods, intermittent fasts almost every day, and adds extended fasts when right for her.
