Beth Voet suffered from debilitating migraines, shoulder, and neck pain. Shana helped her start a gluten-free diet in January of 2021, and shortly after, Beth joined Shana's Winter 2021 Challenge and implemented IF.
In a short 5 months, Beth has lost 16 pounds, increased her energy, and rarely experiences migraines. Her family has embraced her new gluten-free lifestyle and they are all benefitting from Beth's changes.
Beth is excited to be able to participate in the activities of her family of 7, without them having to worry about her health!
