What does that even mean? It's a new approach, better than the whole let's-just-focus-on-changing-body-size, and yet I sure didn't learn about cultivating healthy relationships with food growing up. In fact, I share stories about how I messed it up with my own kids and what we can do right now as parents to start helping our kids.
