I hear so many talk about diet deprivation all while stuffing their faces at every opportunity. Second cousin's birthday? I better have a piece of cake. Co-workers going away party? I better have the burger and sides. 

Once I wrote out my 90/10 rule when it came to my year and all the events I wanted to be a part of, I started saying no to the ones that were not as important. 

As I started to see all of the events I had given myself permission to be a part of, I stopped seeing my other days as too strict. I had plenty of events I was participating in .. I was ignoring that. 

It's time you do the assessment and decide on your events that fall under the 90/10.
