ust had a great “Discovery Lunch” w/Jacob! It had been 15 - 20 years since the last time we spoke! 

 

Jacob & I served in the same military unit at Ft. Bragg in the 82nd Airborne Division many years ago.

 

He was an amazing leader back then & it was so encouraging & inspiring to hear how successful he still is in his current company.

 

Their organization is having some unique challenges. They’ve doubled or tripled since he joined the team 8 years ago. They have the same systems & processes they did back then. Everyone in the company is running around w/their hair on fire w/little-to-no time for leader / people-development.
