Burnout is a terrifying landslide into darkness that can cause exhaustion, stress, and panic attacks.

A high level of productivity is a goal that most companies and workplaces strive for and as a culture, we buy into this glorification of being busy all the time.

Working hard, filling our calendars every single day with back-to-back meetings - this has become the new norm at work. Burnout in the workplace is a major problem that spills over into our personal life.

As we navigate this pandemic and the lines between office and home are blurred, it is easier to overwork yourself without even realising it.

By checking in with ourselves to make sure we are treating ourselves kindly, and keeping our mental, physical and emotional well-being in check, then only are we able to be our best selves, create better results at work and avoid burnout in the process.
