One simple - often overlooked - tool is: Be Present. 

Perhaps it is so ignored because we live in a fast-paced, distracted world — amid of the pandemic.

Hear your wisdom (yes, your inner wisdom) Discover miracles (they happen around you all the time — you get to experience the magic of them) Quiet the critic (make room for compassion) Ease fears (when you are present, you are not regretting yesterday, or anxious about tomorrow) Release the “how’s” (another ‘future’ anxiety causer) Experience more peace and joy (hope, too)
