After listening to guests on our podcast, and being inspired by their stories, Kyoko Harris realized it was time to redefine “enough” for herself. She talks about noticing self-talk and having the choice to reframe the words you are speaking to yourself…and what a difference it makes.   During the COVID-19 shut-down, she is practicing self-care routines, and releasing pressure she is putting on herself as things start opening back up. Her COVID-19 positive takeaway’s are rediscovering her love of being alone, the power of being truly authentic, and noticing how people are taking more time to learn and care about racism. She says it gives her hope.   Kyoko reminds us that when we are uncomfortable, don’t look away, look deeper. Look within and find the ‘why'.   More about Kyoko: Kyoko Harris is a 23-yr-old content creator. She has produced for WOAI-TV, Cisco Systems, Boston Neighborhood Network, and Bustle Digital Group.
