Endless Endeavor with Greg Anderson

203 episodes - English - Latest episode: 4 days ago -

What's up guys, my name is Greg Anderson, and after spending a decade in the Special Operations/Para-Military community and 14 overseas deployments, I pursued a new career in Law Enforcement with the interest in putting the deployment lifestyle behind me.

In light of so many events in 2020 regarding law enforcement I decided to speak up on the behalf of the profession and it ultimately cost me my job, but because of this I’ve taken my life in a new direction and one of my pursuits is launching this podcast!

The Endless Endeavor Podcasts was created with the understanding that life is a continuous and arduous journey. I’ve learned that the only way I can grow and develop as a human is maintaining an understanding that there is always a lot to learn and preserve a curiosity across a wide spectrum of interests.

Through this journey of life I have had the honor to walk amongst giants and look forward to bringing our listeners quality content on a variety of topics.

We will be delving into military operations, jiu jitsu and martial arts, liberty and freedom, tactical proficiency, health and wellness, overcoming depression and PTSD, leadership and team dynamics, parenting, law enforcement and so much more.

EE 101: The Greg/Greg & Mitch Show with Greg Lapin and Mitch Aguiar

May 26, 2022 07:00 - 2 hours - 143 MB

In Episode 101 we get another Greg, Greg and Mitch Show in the books. The three of us flew to Washington DC for Police Week to teach a grappling seminar. Truth is we were underwhelmed by the attendance and enthusiasm from the Law Enforcement community. The lobby was filled with cops drinking beers and hanging out, but not many wanted to spend a few hours honing their skills and becoming more capable! Regardless, we had a great time with the people that did attend and if one little tip or tri...

May 19, 2022 07:00 - 2 hours - 114 MB

In Episode 100 I sit down with Mike Scarlato. Mike recently attended Guns & Gis class 005, and I got to hear a little of his story. As both a military and commercial pilot, Mike has led an interesting life, traveling all over the world and serving multiple deployments in combat theaters. Mike's story is powerful as he reflects on his career and discusses both the good and the bad impacts his profession has had on him and his family. As a father and husband Mike has made some new recent chang...

EE 099: Guns & Gis Recap with Joao Assis & Greg Lapin

May 12, 2022 07:19 - 1 hour - 105 MB

In Episode 99 I sit down with Joao Assis and Greg Lapin and recap our recent event, Guns & Gis Class 005. This just wrapped up down in New Orleans, LA and as usual we had a phenomenal group of people attend. This course continues to be less and less about shooting and fighting and has become a catalyst in people’s lives, helping them become a better version of themselves. It’s always incredible watching a group of people bond and forge friendships over this powerful three-day event! Please en...

EE 098: Compliance is Complicit

May 05, 2022 07:00 - 1 hour - 62.3 MB

EE 097: Girls Who Train with Nanette and RheAnna

April 28, 2022 07:00 - 1 hour - 100 MB

In Episode 97 I sit down with Nanette Kelley and RheAnna Alimo. Both ladies attended Guns and Gis class 005 and forged a friendship with me as well as with each other. Nanette and RheAnana had very different approaches to the whys and hows of how they initially started training, and I think it’s important to highlight a female’s perspective of what the initial phase of training jiu jitsu feels like. Women must show a greater amount of vulnerability to be able to share the mats with 30 sweaty...

EE 096: Making the Choice to Change with Andrew Taylor

April 21, 2022 07:00 - 2 hours - 177 MB

In Episode 96 I sit down with Andrew Taylor. This podcast is a different flavor than most of our episodes as Andrew was an old friend that fell into an addiction to heroin. We grew up together as kids and have recently reconnected as he has found sobriety approximately two years ago. I thought a story of recovery would be good, as so many people within our society are battling addiction and find themselves in hopeless situations. If one person benefits from hearing this episode, then it was ...

EE 095: Become Ungovernable

April 14, 2022 07:00 - 1 hour - 70.5 MB

Episode 95 is a solo episode where I discuss some of the issues plaguing society that are meant to keep us compliant, fat, weak and stupid. The globalists fear a population that is strong, intelligent and united, so they fill our televisions and social media with division, hate and fear to keep us in a triggered state filling us with cortisol, destroying testosterone, and making us weak compliant pussies. It’s time to become strong, savage, and ungovernable. Please enjoy episode 95 of the En...

Call it a midlife crisis or a need for change, but Chad is leaving behind a successful career as a custom home builder to follow something that he feels more passionate about. We’r...

EE 092: Leadership Failures Have Brought Us Right Here with Tobin Foulke

March 24, 2022 07:00 - 1 hour - 90.5 MB

In Episode 92 I sit down with my Ranger buddy Tobin Foulke. Foulke and I had the unique experience of working for competent leadership in the Ranger Regiment at the age of 19. This set us on a trajectory where we prioritized strong leadership, competent teams, and understood this is applicable in most circumstances found in life, not just inside of special operations. Our country is failing right now, we’re on the eve of another war, record inflation, corruption inside of the government all ...

EE 091: Prioritizing Your Personal Growth

March 17, 2022 07:00 - 1 hour - 55.4 MB

I touch on a few other current events, but don’t get too crazy! Please enjoy episode 91 of the Endless Endeavor Podc...

EE 090: Freedom of the Press with Ivory Hecker

March 10, 2022 08:00 - 1 hour - 64.2 MB

In Episode 90 I sit down with Ivory Hecker. Ivory was a reporter that worked for the Fox News corporation and saw censorship and manipulation of the press firsthand. She brought these concerns up to her supervisors and was routinely told to just continue with business as usual and not to stir the pot. The correlations drawn between her story and mine are uncanny! She finally had enough of the censorship and brought these issues to light on live television resulting in her termination from th...

EE 089: The American Insurgent

March 03, 2022 08:00 - 1 hour - 74 MB

In episode 89, I think it's important that we really unpack what government overreach looks like and why we need to be concerned about the direction of the western world. We’re witnessing unprecedented actions in countries like Australia and Canada and if you think it’s not coming here, you’re simply wrong. The political elite continue to show the world they are self-serving and at what point do we take this country back by force? Please enjoy episode 89 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast. --...

February 24, 2022 08:00 - 1 hour - 80.2 MB

In Episode 88 I sit down with Brian Marvin who is the owner and head coach at Renzo Gracie Houston. Brian has been a wrestler and martial artist most of his life and he talks about his jiu jitsu journey as both an athlete and a coach. I was in Houston for my knee procedure and didn’t want to miss an opportunity to sit down and catch up. I don’t know Brian well, but he gave one of my best friends (Seth Farwell) his blackbelt shortly before he passed and that bonds us as far as I’m concerned. ...

January 27, 2022 08:16 - 1 hour - 87.5 MB

In Episode 84, I sit down with Rachael and Mike Novak. The Novaks are some of the most driven people I know, driven across a wide spectrum of life to include business, relationships, parenting, fitness etc. Watching them crush the goals they set for themselves is inspiring and makes me want to level up in this game of life. It wasn’t an easy path for them, and it’s come with plenty of ups and downs, but they’re on a trajectory that most people will never know because they show up, put in the ...

January 20, 2022 10:34 - 2 hours - 109 MB

In Episode 83, I was asked to be a guest on Kelsi Sheren’s The Brass and Unity Podcast. In Episode 81, we discuss goals and a powerful mindset going into 2022. I like to be public with my goals because it forces accountability. The expectations we put on ourselves are inevitably what will be the determining factors regarding whether we sink or swim in this life, but staying accountable to the others is a powerful tool to stay on the path. It can be with family, friends, coworkers, or in today’s world, even online. When you have another person that you are afraid to let down, it...

It's Veterans Day as I record this, and although it won’t air for a few weeks, I think it's important to honor our veterans and help unpack why so many service members continue to face demons years and years after military service. I am open and honest in this episode about the path that I walked and some of th...
