This week, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Juliette Karaman, a UK-based mind and body coach who specializes in relationships, sex, intimacy, healing, and trauma. Juliette shared her wisdom on the importance of healing our relationship with ourselves, sitting in the discomfort of our emotions, and working to lessen the shame and judgment we hold around sex and sexuality.

In this chat with Juliette, we explored various aspects of self-awareness, self-love, and connecting with our bodies to reach our goals. We discussed the 5 F's - finances, friends, family, faith, and fitness - as a helpful tool to rate ourselves on a scale of 1 to 10. Additionally, we delved into the power of co-regulation in helping people feel safe and shared our personal journey and challenges with our meditation practice.
