Today I'm sharing my own story and celebrating my transformation from a drug addict and alcoholic to a leadership trainer and coach of Recovery@Work program celebrating 37 years of sobriety.

I'll also give you a reminder to stop comparing yourself to me or anyone else and stay on your path celebrating your successes, milestones and achievements. And surround yourself with people who support you. Connection with others made all the difference for me.
