Speaking on What I know & how to acquire: We specialize in acquiring and managing B & C class safe affordable workforce housing a product in high demand.

What Is Workforce Housing? In-between luxury and subsidized housing

Why is there Such a Shortage? Developers cost = cost why not get more $in rent

Why is the Demand High for Workforce Housing (outpacing supply)? 43 million American homes as renters; 1/2 spend 30% of their budget on rent & 28% spend 50% of their budget on rent!

What about the Recession (Virtually Recession Proof) Experienced Operator: (NOI) dropped 2% from 2007-2008 & another 1% drop from 2008-2009; since then, it has steadily risen and hasn’t stopped.

if you buy in the right market, finance properly, don’t over leverage, and manage well – B & C class workforce housing is going to weather the storm. He proved, if done correctly, this is can be a recession proof asset class.

Home-ownership is at an all-time low and renting is popular as well as out of necessity.

BIG Problem 4.6 million workforce doors in next 12yrs per the National Apartment Association & the National Multifamily Housing Council.
