Many forms of meditation rely on awareness of breath as a foundational element of practice. This technique is sometimes referred to as ‘remembering.’

But what is it we are remembering when we return our attention to the here and now of the easy, natural flow of this breath? How can awareness of breath lead to happiness, inner peace and even liberation?

You will love how we are always given opportunities to connect with our breath and stay present. In this interview, we had technical difficulties and I was lost from the broadcast for several minutes. Jonathan was completely un-phased and kept going until we were back online! Living the practice as we speak :)
