Your body is never wrong. I want to introduce this concept to you today and show you why it’s true. Whatever your weight or body fat or health challenges are, your body is always right. I’ll talk about homeostasis (physical and emotional) and how your body, including your weight, is exactly what it’s supposed to be right now. I’ll give you some really critical questions to ask yourself to help you start to shift the way you think and feel about your body.
