Hustle culture can be suffocating sometimes, the constant need to achieve more, be active, and just be "scoring goals" is an external phenomenon we are all accustomed to when building our personal brands. But what do you do when that pressure comes from inside you? It is reflected in the actions you take, the way you think, and the decisions you make. The feeling/pressure to "always be on" is heartbreaking, and when you inevitably swing the other way, you crumble. That pendulum of hustle is real, and it's something I've been working on from my entire life. This episode is more of a rant if anything, with useful nuggets of wisdom thrown in. I just want you to know, that if you resonate with this feeling of persistent action, that you are not alone and you can harness that feeling to achieve your very own flow state.
*Please note: I kept reading the name of Rich Roll as Rick Roll (damn this dyslexia) so any mention of that mistake is not made in bad faith. I just can't read sometimes.
