On the 4th day of Fitmas, Do Hard Things gave to me: Ruck the Halls 5K

Ready to lace up and conquer some miles? On the fourth day of Fitmas, we're challenging you to "Ruck the Halls" with a 5K adventure! 🌟

🎒 What's Rucking? Rucking is more than just a walk; it's a journey with purpose. Originating from military training, it involves walking a set distance while carrying weight in a backpack. Today, we're putting a Fitmas twist on it!

 💪 Ruck the Halls Challenge:

Minimum 5K distance.

If your body weight is under 150 pounds, carry a 20-pound weight.

If your body weight is over 150 pounds, carry a 30-pound weight.

 🤝 Challenge:

Lace up those shoes.

Load up your backpack.

Ruck the Halls and conquer that 5K!
