Winning against addiction is a constant battle, but it doesn't have to suck.  I wrote my new life-book and got after it.

I used to spend my time drinking, smoking, and ripping lines.  I burned my old playbook and now live by my new set of rules.

1. Morning routine: Wake up early and make my bed.
2. Back to the Basics: read, play Dungeons and Dragons, make the world my library, appreciation without expectation, be happy.
3. Replace my addictions: walk, bike, box.
