Madeline Kolpin (she/her) is a Jacksonville, Florida-based Registered Dietitian who is also in training to be a yoga teacher. She loves everything to do with food, following research as it is always changing, and is in the very early stages of starting her private practice. Maddy also enjoys traveling and finds it very hard to not go somewhere even if it is only for a weekend.
