Amy Beney, MS, RDN (she/her) owns and operates a private practice, Nutrition Insights (www.mynutritioninsights.com) in a small town in New York State where she lives with her husband, two teenage children, and a cat named Pearl. She has been a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years. She holds a Master's Degree in Nutrition and is a certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES). Amy has worked in a variety of settings including pediatrics, long term care, and in-patient hospitals, and currently serves people of all ages.
