TRIGGER/CONTENT WARNING: weight, dieting, disordered eating, fertility, cancer

Dina and Marie dive deep into living with and managing chronic disease, body image issues, and moving from complicated relationships with food to food freedom.

Marie is a newly credentialed Registered Dietitian who wants to help adult women like her--those with a history of chronic disease and body image issues--as well as strengthen her knowledge of the complexities that are digestive disorders and hormonal issues with a plan of eventually specializing in functional, integrative nutrition.

Before pursuing her credential, Marie was a stay-at-home wife. She had always been in a fat body, struggled with terrible period pain, chronic anemia, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). She was recovering from myriad health issues that seemed to begin right after she got married--a ruptured Achilles tendon, cancer and auxiliary IVF treatments, and carpal tunnel surgery to name a few. She dove into nutrition as a path to cure herself and her experience, combined with her compassion and skills, put her in a unique position to help others as well.
