Carolyn Tucker has been active and focused on healthy living for decades. After years in the corporate world, she quit her 9-5 job and became certified as a yoga teacher in 2004. She ran a home-based yoga business for 12 years, then created her own movement practice that incorporates strength, mobility, and agility to educate and support her clients to get out of pain, develop better movement patterns, and meet the needs of a maturing body.


Carolyn is based out of Toronto, Canada. She works one-on-one with women aged 50+ as a trainer and wellness coach to age well and live a life of vitality and wellbeing.
