In the midst of it all, we may lose ourselves or just don't know who we are anymore. Sometimes we are changing and we don't even know it. That's why it is always important to do a double-check on yourself.

In this episode, I talk about the importance of re-calibrating you. Getting back in tune with your core. You have to be able to dig down and find that self-motivation at times and get in tune with your emotional intelligence. Not too many people will put your wellness before their own, so it is your job to get yourself right.
