I’m not talking about Spanish, piano, or handwriting practice I’m talking about a routine that you intentionally set up that helps you achieve a specific, measurable goal. 

When you have an intentional practice, that you implement in a routine way, it becomes a habit. We are creatures of habit, and if we don’t drive the train on what that habit is, you may find yourself with a not so helpful routine, that becomes a habit you need to break.
