He overcame the odds and fought his way through many hardships and didn’t just make it to the NHL, he has been a part of championship teams at every level in his 17-year professional career. Mike has worked in the performance coaching and personal development business for 17+ years. He has worked with a variety of groups from Fortune 500 companies, small to medium size businesses, world class athletes, amateur athletes and weekend warriors.

Lauren Meyer is a Emmy nominated Director and her work has been seen on dozens of TV Networks and Digital Platforms - Some of those include ABC, NBC, Nickelodeon, ESPN, HGTV, A&E, Discovery, Netflix and Amazon.Her specialty is storytelling and being a champion for the underdog.She works as a Director and Producer for broadcast, digital and corporate clients and is the filmmaker behind the critically acclaimed documentary “The Other Boys of Summer”. The film explores civil rights through the lens of America’s pastime and features exclusive interviews with many Negro League baseball players. These are the men who played alongside Jackie Robinson and changed America. 
The film’s being used as the centerpiece of an original Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program that’s making an impact with companies, communities and groups all across the country.
