 I have worked with so many athletes and workplace athletes and I hear a lot of the same things like 
I don’t have the time! 
I’m overloaded!
I’m too busy!
My energy is low! 
It’s very important that you take the time for yourself and you incorporate downtime into your every day life or there’s a good chance you will experience burnout.
