This episode we’re going to talk about how to incorporate more confidence into your athletic or workplace environment. 

I will make sure that you understand the importance of self acceptance and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. 
In order to have confidence, it’s extremely important to focus on achievable goals. We will also explain the importance of self-awareness and self talk as we want you to have clarity and  continuously focus on positive self talk. In this episode, I will stress the importance of learning and mastering your skills. That will also help you boost your confidence. Within this episode, we are also going to go over the importance of having good body language.
