Sleep disturbance is a common symptom of depression, and poor sleep can also make depression worse. Then how can we cope with depression better? Our guest today, Dr. David Burns, a psychiatrist and author of the best-selling book, Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy, which has sold over 4 million copies in the United States, will share with us inspiring methods in treating depression. His new book, "feeling great", will be released in mid-September, 2020.
