The shortage of facial masks, and the worries about coronavirus, are all serving as significant stressors which impact our sleep quality, or trigger nightmares.

In this episode, Yishan interviewed Dr. Thomas Talhelm, and discussed some fascinating research data behind mask usage. He also provided some guidance about what materials to consider for DIY masks at home.
