If you are a woman, you have likely received a million messages about how you “should” behave, and what your body “should” look like. Often our shoulds turn into shame, not enoughness or too muchness.

Our guest, Jenny Viveros calls BS on it all. Instead, she teaches us through the sensual artform of burlesque to claim our own bodies and heal the feminine.

In this episode we talk self love, body positivity, ancestral healing and stillness. You’ll want to listen in.
